Hey ya'll! What a start to the year it's been.

I had a friend..granted, I was not that close to him. We did theater together in high school, saw him occasionally up in Greeley, we were friendly certainly...he took his life. I don't know why, i don't want to know why. It was his decision, as much as it hurt so many people. What hurt me...most..was that I had just seen him the night before. He came out with a couple of other guys and well..quite simply..i didn't see anything wrong with him..and then he was gone. it was...shocking. I went to the funeral because I had just seen him and it felt prudent. It was a lovely ceremony and I can only hope that my ceremony is half as beautiful as his was.

I had a minor surgery last wednesday. We found a lump in my chest during christmas and i wrote it off. It started to hurt a little bit. So i went to the doc and decided it was better to be safe than sorry and had it removed. It hurts like a bitch haha. But the doctor gave me a mostly clean bill of health and said that it's less than a 1 percent chance of being anything bad at all.

I...am not dating. I'm not waiting either. I'm just..around. I know who I want, but am happy to play Whatever role she so desires for me to play. I value her friendship...and hey maybe sometime down the line she'll change her mind about things. I'm not looking for anyone, I'm not looking to hook up because of two reasons- Hooking up is behavior I don't really like. I've done it..felt shitty about it..and have decided that particular kind of behavior is not for me. Reason two is that I actually want someone to be with me that cares about me and that I care about- it makes relations that much better, in my opinion.

School is kicking my ass. Biomechanics is a HARD class. the school is getting ready to re-classify it to a 400 lvl course instead of a 200, because of the fail rate. Other than that class it's just a lot of work.

So there it is, life as it is. (oh i'm still working at pizza hut haha). Hope everyone's doing well
